Privacy notice

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email, the name you choose to show, your country, and the order details. Card data is processed by Stripe and never reaches our servers.

Your currency

We estimate your country from your IP address to show prices in your currency, using IP geolocation by DB-IP. The lookup runs on our server against a copy of the database; we do not store the result or send your address to DB-IP.

What is public

Each record page shows the funded volume, country, date and Record ID, plus your name in the form you chose (full name, initials or anonymous). Public pages are indexed by search engines and shared on social networks by design.

Emails

We email you about your records, your monthly plan and failed payments. We do not send marketing emails without separate consent.

Your rights

You can change your displayed name and visibility at any time in your account. On request we delete your account and anonymise your public profile; records and order data are retained as required by tax law. Write to records@bottlesback.sparklo.com.
